The page where we talk plainly.
No storybook voice here, just straight answers about safety, your data, your money, and what we will never do. If anything on this page isn't true of LullaPost, you should cancel, and we make that easy on purpose.
Your account, never theirs
LullaPost accounts belong to parents. We collect nothing about children. The details you choose to share, a first name, an age, a love of dinosaurs, a teddy called Button, exist for one purpose only: writing tonight's story. Your child never signs up, never has a profile a stranger could see, never gets an email from us.
- No ads, ever, not in stories, not in the player, not “kid-safe” ones either
- No tracking of children, no analytics on what a child does, only whether tonight's story arrived
- Delete anything, any time, remove a child's profile or your whole account and the details go with it
- We never sell or share your family's information. There is no version of our business where that changes.
POPIA and COPPA, in one paragraph
LullaPost is built to South Africa's POPIA and the US COPPA standards from day one, not retro-fitted later. In practice that means: the account holder is always an adult, we ask for the minimum needed to write the stories, we tell you exactly what we hold, and deletion is real deletion. Questions about your data get a human answer at hello@lullapost.app.
What's actually in the stories
Every story is checked before it reaches you, against a written standard: a proper beginning, middle and soft landing; words that fit your child's age; calm pacing that winds a child down instead of up. A story about Thursday's dentist visit still ends sleepy.
And one thing we're careful to say clearly: LullaPost is comfort, not treatment. Stories can make a big feeling smaller at bedtime, but they are not therapy, and we'll never claim otherwise. If you ask for a story about something that needs a professional, we'll say so, kindly.
The promises, one more time
- The story ends. Then, silence. No autoplay, no “up next”, no infinite queue keeping your child awake. Ever.
- Cancel in one click, from your parent portal. Every email we send links straight there. No retention flow, no “are you sure?” maze, no phone call.
- A reminder three days before every renewal. If you stay, it's because your child asks for the story, not because you forgot.
- A full free week, no card required. Seven nightly stories before you ever pay us anything, and no charge sneaks in when it ends, you choose a plan when you're ready, not before.
Who we are
LullaPost is made by Little Dream Labs, the small team behind Kip & Pip, the calm songs-and-stories channel on YouTube. Same characters, same night sky, same rule everywhere: bedtime content should end the night, not extend it.
Still have a question we didn't answer? Write to us, a person reads it.
