Whose data we hold

LullaPost accounts belong to adults. A parent signs up, a parent writes the story profile, a parent’s email receives the stories. We never collect anything from a child, and the product has no surface a child can type into (POPIA and COPPA, kept properly).

• Your account: your email, your plan, your delivery choice.
• The story profile: first name, age band, loves, their people and pets, what they’re working on, written by you, used for one purpose: tonight’s story.
• Story memory: small facts from past stories, kept so the tales stay continuous. Yours to read in the portal, yours to delete.

What we never do

• No ads, no ad networks, no third-party trackers. Our only analytics are our own, and they hold no identities.
• We never sell, share, or license your family’s data. There is no version of this where we would.
• The demo on our homepage stores nothing about you beyond a cached audio file for a first name.
• Cloned voices are biometric-adjacent, so: account holder only, used only for your family’s stories, deleted the day you ask.

Deletion is real

One email to hello@lullapost.app deletes the account, the profiles, the story memory, and any voice recordings, properly, not a soft-delete flag. Cancelling your subscription is one click in every email we send.
