Privacy, in plain language

The lawyers can have their long version one day. This is the true version, and we hold ourselves to it.

Whose data we hold

LullaPost accounts belong to adults. A parent signs up, a parent writes the story profile, a parent’s email receives the stories. We never collect anything from a child, and the product has no surface a child can type into (POPIA and COPPA, kept properly).

What we never do

Deletion is real

One email to hello@lullapost.app deletes the account, the profiles, the story memory, and any voice recordings, properly, not a soft-delete flag. Cancelling your subscription is one click in every email we send.

Questions we should answer here? Write to us and we will add them.
